What makes our truly unique is our hand-picked and meticulously vetted staff team members. All of whom are extremely proud to be part of the Little Angels family.

We ensure that we recruit, develop and retain the very best staff who excel in the childcare field.  We implement rigorous industry and background checks and have a continuous programme of structured development and training in place, which means all our team members are committed to providing the highest quality of care and development for your child. Our team members underpin our every success and form the fabric of our home from home environment.

Some practitioners work with a single age group, which involves organising the daily routines for the same children every day; whilst others will assist with an age group according to need. This enables each child to get to know the staff, making transitions through the setting very easy as children are never with an unfamiliar face. This is also why we avoid using agency staff to cover staff holidays or sickness opting instead for our trusted regular ‘bank’ staff.

We also prioritise staff retention, meaning our staff members stay with us for extended periods of time, ensuring continuity in the care we provide. All our staff hold Paediatric First Aid certificates and have attended Child Protection training.  Furthermore, all our staff work in partnership with parents/guardians under the EYFS and we facilitate regular parent meetings with setting managers and the child’s Key Person.

We also pride ourselves on being a socially driven business that strives to give back to our community and society, our team regularly participates in charity events. We believe in working as a team to better ourselves, our setting and to do as much as possible to positively impact our community.
